Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch software is essential. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Familiarity with local geography is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory (CDL may be preferred or required depending on specific truck). Previous towing or driving experience preferred. Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and towing procedures. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations.

Must pass a background check and drug screening. Physical ability to handle equipment and perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines for our fleet of trucks and potentially customer vehicles. Responsibilities include engine overhauls, transmission work, brake systems, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably with heavy-duty trucks. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of diesel engine components, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Must have own tools. CDL may be required or beneficial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety protocols.

Operate heavy-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment to handle large vehicles such as semi-trucks, buses, and construction equipment. Perform complex recovery operations, including winching and uprighting overturned vehicles, while adhering to strict safety standards.

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B with appropriate endorsements is required. Extensive experience operating heavy-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment. In-depth knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics, recovery techniques, and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills.

Must pass rigorous background checks and drug screenings. Excellent physical condition required for demanding tasks. WreckMaster or similar certification is a significant advantage.
